To expand our team, we're looking for an ambitious and growth-driven Junior Customer Success Manager, motivated to grow their career at a fast-moving startup.

What you'll need to do…

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Constantly exploring ideas to provide a WOW experience.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage client onboarding and develop ideas to improve our customer journey.
  • Conducting discovery calls and educating prospects about our service offering.
  • Sending personalized and creative follow-ups to prospects to turn them into happy customers.
  • Creating individual customer profiles outlining their goals, preferences, and expectations
  • Maintaining customer health scores and acting on expansion opportunities and churn risks.
  • Written communication via email, live chat & project management tool
  • Engaging with the PM team on project progress and potential project delays.
  • Escalate issues/bugs to developers/designers and collaborate to resolve
  • Manage customer feedback, insights, and feature requests to contribute to our product's continual development
  • Over time, contributing to the growth of the Customer Relationship department.
  • Being comfortable in a remote work environment


What you have...

  • 1-2 years of practical work experience in a marketing or web design agency.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences and helping more businesses grow with on-demand access to world-class designers and developers
  • Sales or customer service experience (or similar client/customer-facing) experience, preferably for a design and web development agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (e.g., sending a prospect a quick video is fun for you)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and first project management experience
  • Ability to demonstrate business value to customers
  • Commitment and desire to take ownership of customer projects
  • The ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking
