Junior Sourcing Specialist

To continue our mission of helping companies grow with better design and user experiences, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Junior Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Who we are

What you'll need to do…

• Build talent pools by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivating a strong network of passive talent
• Maintain and keep in contact with the pipeline of potential candidates that may be a future match for open positions
• Proactively recruit and qualify candidates by utilizing online networking sites and applicant tracking system
• Conduct cold calls to potential developers and designer candidates
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
• Conduct screening calls and processing background checks
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
• Perform other duties as assigned and as the position evolves.

What you have...

• Demonstrate ability to attract, influence, negotiate, and close hard to find passive talent through your expertise in Recruiting and passion for the business 
• Must have personal integrity and accept accountability for actions and decisions
• Possess strong communication skills
• Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
• Proven experience in sourcing processes
• Experience working in a remote work environment
