Talent Relationship Manager

To continue our mission of helping companies grow with better design and user experiences, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Talent Relationship Manager to join our team.

Who we are

What you'll need to do…

• Work closely with our designers and developers to ensure that they are happy, productive, and engaged.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with our company's goals.
• Create and maintain relationships with our contractors to ensure they have a great experience working with us.
• Manage and resolve conflicts between talents and between talents and the company.
• Conduct regular check-ins with contractors to provide feedback, support, and coaching.
• Ensure that freelancers have the tools and resources they need to succeed, including access to training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client needs and ensure that freelancers are equipped to meet them.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support our talent management goals.
• Engage with the PM team on project progress and potential project delays.
• Over time, contribute to the growth of the Talent Relationship department.
• Be comfortable in a remote work environment. 

What you have...

• 3–5 years of practical work experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field.
• A proven track record of managing relationships with freelancers or employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for helping people grow and succeed.
• Native or bilingual English. 

• Experience working with designers and developers.
• Experience working in a remote work environment.
