Project Manager/Scrum Expert (Philippines)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager/Scrum Expert to join our fast-growing startup team. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating team members, and ensuring timely project delivery to clients.

What you'll need to do…

• Manage projects using Agile methodology, specifically Scrum, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
• Develop project plans and schedules, identify resource needs, and manage project timelines
• Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are managed effectively
• Communicate with clients on project progress, risks, and opportunities
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure the project team follows established processes and procedures
• Monitor and report project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Participate in the development and improvement of project management processes and tools
• Train team members on Agile methodology and processes

What you have...

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or web design agency environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, specifically Scrum, and experience leading Scrum teams
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Clickup, Linear or Jira
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
• Native or bilingual English
