Customer Success Manager (Remote)

To expand our team and client base, we seek a highly motivated Customer Success Manager who is passionate about shaping the Future of Work for Designers and Developers worldwide. This position is 100% remote.

Growmodo is a monthly web design subscription service for growth-driven organizations and agencies. We help our customers scale through on-demand access to a team of professional designers, developers, and project managers.

What you'll need to do…

  • Manage onboarding and education of new and existing customers
  • Personalized outreach to prospects with the goal of booking a call with you
  • Consulting new and existing customers
  • Proactive outreach to low-performing accounts for expansion opportunities and churn risks
  • Run customer meetings (via Zoom) with a focus on ensuring customers are getting value from their subscription
  • Written communication via email, live chat & project management tool
  • Creating individual customer profiles outlining their goals, preferences, and expectations
  • Engaging with the PM team on project progress and potential risks
  • Escalate issues/bugs to developers/designers and collaborate to resolve
  • Manage customer feedback, insights, and feature requests to contribute to our product's continual development
  • Over time, contribute to the growth of the Customer Success department
  • Being comfortable in a remote work environment

What you have...

  • Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences and helping more businesses grow with on-demand access to world-class designers and developers
  • Knowledge of web design, online marketing, and current marketing and UI/UX design trends
  • Customer Success (or similar client/customer-facing) experience, preferably for a B2B company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (e.g., sending a prospect a quick video is fun for you)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and first project management experience
  • Ability to demonstrate business value to customers
  • Commitment and desire to take ownership of customer projects
  • The ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking
